Workings of a Miracle Mill
The material is fed in to the grinding chamber of the miracle Mill where it is reduced in size by an army of mechanical hammers, which shatter the material to be ground in mid-air. The material is immediately reduced in size and is drawn out by a suction fan to a sieve located at the base of grinding chamber. The ground material is conveyed pneumatically to a cyclone collector where it is disengaged and collected.
Normally for Junior & Medium models a dust collector is not necessary. However the requirement of dust collector depends upon the material to be pulverized. The Standard and Super models are generally used with dust collectors where fine dust particles are separated from air. Yet in some application, dust collectors may not be required, if the material to be ground does not generate very fine dust.
Junior Series of Miracle Mills
Junior mills come in three sizes. This range delivers a most remarkable capacity. Considering the small power requirements on the lighter jobs such as pulverizing of drugs, chemicals, spices, Grains, Tea, Sugar, etc., the junior mill stands in a class by itself.
Medium Series of Miracle Mill
Medium mills come in two sizes. This range is suitable for pulverizing tea dust, cattle feed, chicken feed, fish meal, spices, lentils, spices, lentils, agricultural products, pharmaceutical products, fertilizers, chemicals, minerals and also for variety of similar substances.
Standard Series of Miracle Mill
Standard series Miracle Mills are most popular among all series. The capacity of Mills is very much as required in the industry. The power consumption, output and space required of mills of this series is found very adequate and acceptable in industry.
Standard series Mills come in THREE MODELS that is STD-II,STD-III and STD-IV. These Mills have Co- axial Blower, Cyclone Collector and Fabric Bag Type Dust Collector as shown in the picture. Mills have Magnet fitted at the inlet to prevent iron particle to enter into Mill. The outlet of Cyclone Collector can be provided with “Y” Piece to facilitate the collection of powdered material. For uniform and dust free collection Rotary Airlock Valve is fitted at the outlet of Cyclone Collector. Mill is mounted on common Base Frame which either is put on R.C.C. Foundation or Anti Vibration Pads.
MILLS are supplied with BOTTOM OPEN TYPE (B.O.T.) arrangement to be put in systems and have Mechanical Screw Conveyors at BOTTOM to convey discharged material into System.

Premium super-max miracle mill is developer keeping high perfomance in terms of production in mind. This is heavy duty star hammer mill with double ended star type grinding elements which will give many old lives with compared to standard flat type normally available in other conventional hammer mills we also can provide altemative designs of grinding elements, depending upon the application.
The mill is robust in design and is fabricated from heavy plates. The rotor assembly is housed in grinding chamber and is supported by split type bearing housings. Hinged typed hood with lifting colour arrangement helps easy opening of mill. Removal of rotor assembly for changing of hammers, screen and bearings is considered while designing.
Premium super-max miracle mills are available in four different sizes. These mills are available in M.S. as well as S.S. Construction. These mills are available with bottom discharge (gravity discharge) as well as with coaxial blower, cyclone collector and fabric type open dust collector, negative pressure system with separate fan with rotary air lock valve can valve can be provided if required. Feeding and collection arrangement also can be provided.

With our many years of experience in the field of manufacture of Pulverising equipment of different types to suit individual requirement, we have now designed and developed a special type Hammer Mill, for heavy duty service to Pulverise Cattle and Poultry Feed, which gives a production rate of 1 MT/Hr., 2 MT/Hr., 5 MT/Hr. and 10 MT/Hr. for material having Bulk Density of 0.6 gms/cc.
The Mill can also be used for grinding other material, but capacity will differ depending upon type of material, its Bulk Density, feed size etc.
General Description : Material is fed into the grinding chamber where it is reduced in size by a set of Hammers which shatter, the material in mid-air. The material is immediately reduced in size and is drawn out from mill by a suction fan, through a sieve located at the base of the grinding chamber.
The suction fan (when ordered) is supplied separately and is connected to the mill outlet with suitable piping to convey the ground material pneumatically to a cyclone collector for collection of material.
Construction Details :
- Drive is provided by a suitable HPx 2880 RPM squirrel cage induction motor (T.E.F.C. type) suitable for operation on 415 + 5% Volts, 3 Phase, 50 cycles, A.C. supply. The motor is directly coupled to the main rotorshaft through a flexible coupling.
- Body is of all steel robust construction and extreme care is taken while welding to prevent distortion.
- Rotor shaft is machined from Alloy Steel and is amply proportioned to resist torsion and bending. The shaft is mounted on double row self aligning ball bearings.
- Grinding hammers are made from specially heat treated alloy steel to give long wear life.
- Limit switch is provided to cut off power supply to the motor when the hinged section is opened for cleaning, maintenance or for changing the screen.
- Apowerful permanent magnet is fitted near the inlet hopper to prevent iron particles from entering the grinding chamber.
- Grinding (Rasp) plate is of serrated construction and is made from alloy-steel, duly hardened for wear resistance.
- Acommon bed plate is provided for mill and motor to make a compact unit.
- Heavy duty vibration dampers can be supplied on request to avoid heavy duty foundations.
- Feeding Arrangement :Ahopper is provided at the top for feeding material into the mill. This can be provided with a slide gate arrangement operated by a rack and pinion at extra cost.
- Screens : S. perforated screens fitted on frame and with 3mm dia holes are fitted inside the mill and are easily removable. The screens are mounted on two M.S. Strips bent into semi-circular profile and are held in position by two spring steel stripswhich are wrapped around the screen and held down by clamping bolts.
- Hammers (Beaters) : These are of ‘M’ type section for efficient grinding of animal feed and are made from hardened alooy steel. Two side of the hammers can be used for which two different mounting holes are provided, thereby increasing life by100%.
